Besarnya angka subsidi yang digelontorkan Pemerintah untuk BBM dan LPG, mendorong Pertamina untuk terus memastikan distribusi BBM dan LPG Subsidi agar tepat sasaran dan tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan di mata rantai distribusi mulai dari terminal BBM hingga SPBU. Berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan antara lain memperketat pengawasan di SPBU dengan menerapkan sistem digitalisasi dan pemasangan CCTV di setiap pulau pompa, hingga melakukan koordinasi khusus dengan aparat penegak hukum.
Di sisi distribusi, Pertamina juga telah menerapkan monitoring GPS Mobil Tangki khususnya pengangkut BBM bersubsidi khususnya jenis Solar untuk antisipasi adanya potensi mobil tangki berhenti di jalur yang tidak wajar. Pengaturan distribusi BBM ke SPBU juga dilakukan untuk mendukung upaya pembukaan jam operasional serentak.
“Semua proses penyaluran BBM dan LPG Subsidi terpantau dengan ketat melalui sistem digital yang terpusat di command centre Pertamina atau dikenal dengan Pertamina Integrated Enterprise Data and Center Command (PIEDCC),” ujar Heppy Wulansari, Pjs Vice President Corporate Communication Pertamina.
Kecanggihan PIEDCC tak terbantahkan. Sebuah inovasi teknologi berbasis digital yang menyajikan data secara real-time dan akan mendukung peran strategis Pertamina sebagai integrator seluruh lini bisnis dari aspek operasional dan komersial.
Teknologi canggih ini berperan penting dalam memonitor proses bisnis Pertamina dari hulu ke hilir, termasuk distribusi energi di seluruh pelosok negeri. Semuanya telah dijalankan secara digital, terpusat di kantor Pertamina, Jakarta Pusat.
PIEDCC, menurut Heppy, merupakan salah satu inovasi Pertamina untuk menjadi perusahaan energi kelas dunia.
“PIEDCC hadir sebagai bentuk adaptasi Pertamina terhadap tantangan global yang semuanya telah beralih ke era digital. Dengan digitalisasi, Pertamina bisa menerapkan satu strategi secara menyeluruh sekaligus memberikan efisiensi,” ujar Heppy.
PIEDCC, sambung Heppy, memiliki dashboard kinerja seluruh subholding, mulai dari Upstream, Gas, Refinery & Petrochemical, Integrated Marine Logistics dan Commercial & Trading dalam mendukung ketahanan energi di Indonesia.
Di sisi distribusi BBM dan LPG, dashboard menyajikan informasi ketersediaan stok BBM sampai level terminal, depot serta SPBU, termasuk proses penjualan dan pelayanan kepada customer.
“Apabila terdapat potensi kekurangan BBM di SPBU Pertamina dapat cepat tertangani, termasuk mendeteksi transaksi anomali atas produk subsidi di SPBU,” imbuh Heppy.
Pertamina, sambung Heppy, akan terus meningkatkan pengawasan agar penyaluran BBM bersubsidi tepat sasaran kepada yang berhak. Masyarakat juga bisa turut berpartisipasi menginformasikan ke Call Centre Pertamina 135 jika menemukan indikasi penyalahgunaan atau penyelewengan BBM maupun LPG Subsidi di lapangan.(*)
